We’re delighted and honoured that Take it Personally (tiP) was recently highlighted in the March/April issue of Housekeeping Today UK—not once, but twice.
The magazine published an extensive interview with our founder Konstantin Youdenko, discussing how tiP brings a meaningful solution to the challenges hospitality teams face, especially in a world increasingly moving toward cashless payments. Konstantin shared insights into why housekeeping teams have a special place at the heart of our platform and how guest appreciation is enhanced by bringing visibility to the hardworking individuals behind every memorable stay.
The conversation also covered the important topic of compliance with the UK’s Tips Allocation Bill. tiP ensures full transparency and fair distribution, making it easy for hotels and staff to stay compliant without additional administrative burden.
Additionally, we were featured in coverage of two recent events hosted by the UK Housekeepers Association (UKHA)—the Yorkshire & North East meeting at The Grand, York, and the London & South East event at St. Ermin’s Hotel. Both Konstantin and co-founder Anastasia Malievskaya had the pleasure of presenting our digital tipping solution directly to UKHA members, receiving wonderful feedback and interest.
