Start using the app and receive your first tips
6. Get paid
Your tips are paid to you once a month, or you can withdraw them more often
How it works for housekeeping department
For Housekeepers
Open the app and scan the QR code in each room you clean. The room will be registered under your name until someone else cleans it and scans the QR code again.
For Guests
Guest can scan the same QR code with a smartphone camera and see who cleaned the room. The guest can send you tips or say ‘Thank you’.
How it worksfor other departments
For Team member
No need to daily scan QRs. Just install the app and join your team. Make sure to use a clear, recognizable picture of yourself, so guests can easily find you in the staff list.
For Guests
Guests scan the QR codes placed throughout the hotel (including rooms). A guest can select you from the staff list and send tips or say ‘Thank you’ directly.
